East Woonona Beach Sea- Esta Studio

Our self contained apartment is on the ground floor of the main house & has its own private access. It has its own private courtyard where you can sit and relax. Only 100m to beach & cycleway. Woonona is one of the best surfing beaches in Wollongong. Just over 1 hour from Sydney Airport by Car or Train. We think our space is great for couples, surfers, singles, business people and adventurers alike. We are situated in a quiet neighbourhood, so you can also enjoy just to kick back and relax.

You will have the privacy of the apartment without me being there, although it is my home and I normally live there. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Spacious bedroom with great park and ocean views . Lounge/ dining room with Wifi and Smart TV, great park and ocean views. Full kitchen with everything you could possibly want. Laundry and small bathroom. Quiet apartment but on a busy road so sometimes noisy, close to beaches, parks, shopping mall, restaurants and cafes, entertainment and public transport.

If you are looking for a room with a view then look no further. Kims Place is in an ideal location, with a NE aspect providing amazing beach, ocean and escarpment views. Ideally suited for couples. It is on the ground floor of our architect designed home. Guests have their own entrance. Kims Place does not provide breakfast but local cafes are within easy walking distance. There is no cooktop or oven in the kitchenette. Guests are encouraged to dine out or use the BBQ on the balcony

If you are checking in after 8pm its no problems but just advise me because it is your responsibility for the unit as check in time starts at 1pm. Plenty of on street parking and front deck with views out to Botany Bay and the city skyline. Kamay National Park 10 min walk and beachfront cafes within 5 min walk. Public transport via bus to Cronulla from Bus Stop within 8 minutes from property. Kurnell is a great place to relax or explore the surrounding areas.
