Great place in the heart of the financial district . Hosts are very helpful!

We stayed here as a family of 4 whilst sight seeing in New York. The apartment very comfortably accommodated us all. We cooked several meals and the kitchen was well equiped and had everything we needed. There is a big hypermarket about 5 mins walk away. The beds were extremely comfortable and the apartment building and surrounding area was quiet. It was about 7 or 8 minutes walk to get to the bus to get over the George Washington Bridge and then onto the Subway system. All in all this was a great place to stay.

One of the best feelings when you are traveling is staying in a place that you can count on every time. We have stayed at Dr. K's place multiple times, sometimes in the first floor apartment and sometimes in both when we are traveling with family. The apartments are always top notch: spotlessly clean, comfortable and convenient to our family in Wilmington. We always feel at home and enjoy the respite from our busy visiting days. The kitchen is equipped with everything we need and the living and bed rooms are very comfortable. And Dr. K. is extremely helpful and communicative. We cannot imagine staying anywhere else. In fact, we check for availability at Dr. K's before planning our trips. Highest recommendation!

Amanda was very responsive and was able to help us have a great place to stay for our family getaway. The place was very spacious and had a great open space concept. We will definitely book Amanda’s place for our family’s next getaway at the beach!!!

This was my second time booking Michael's place for my folks while visiting and even after many years, didn't disappoint! Michael's is a super responsive and super friendly host, the place was spotless, comfy and well equipped as I remember it. The location is unbeatable as you are just steps away from the 126 bus stop to get in the city and walking distance to everywhere else in Hoboken. Will definitely recommend Michael's place and will book it again!

Ivy was an incredible host for our night! Very responsive and the place was spotless. The garden area is so beautiful, especially at night with all the lights! We hope to stay here again in the future :)

We loved our extended stay here. Bare bones house but exactly what was pictured. The shower in the en-suite is fantastic. I would only change the window treatments in the main bedroom they are too small to actually block the sun. Also the pool table is not full size and there are no tables to put drinks on etc. bring your own mugs too. All in all we had a good time and would stay here again. Thank you!

We love coming to Georgetown and love staying at Rick's place. It's perfect for us, and we can relax there. The house is beautiful with great amenities. My mom appreciates the walk-in shower. The kitchen is fantastic for cooking. The beds are comfortable, as is the furniture in living and dining rooms. Rick is a fantastic host. I highly recommend this home!

We enjoyed the stay the house is very clean from top to bottom. I met the owner very nice person if I needed anything I was told to let him know. I will recommend to my family & friends. The only problem was the parking. Will reserve again.

Paul's place was fantastic! The neighborhood was quiet and the house felt private, with plenty of street parking. The house was clean and tidy and had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

The house is way bigger than what’s shown in the pictures. Two of the five bed rooms have private bathrooms which is a big plus. The house doesn’t come with linen so you need to bring your own.

Michelle's place was spacious and well-appointed for myself and four other people. The water pressure was great, there was plenty of hot water for showers, and it was conveniently located. The neighborhood was quiet, and while we didn't have time to enjoy the amenities, the screened-in porch was lovely to enjoy and, best of all, free! The beds were firm and comfortable; the apartment was very clean! Thanks for a great stay, Michele!

Linda’s condo was unmatched! Her attention to detail and cleanliness is amazing. I’ve stayed at many places like this before, as this is our families preferred way to travel. This is by far one of the best condos we’ve ever stayed in. It was very organized, there were additional items ( such as paper products, spices) available to use. There were even little hospitality baskets in each bathroom with eye masks, mints, Q-tips. What a nice touch! Another reason we chose this condo is the storage shed with beach toys and chairs. It was so lovely to walk to the beach or sit near the bay. Now that I told you how great the condo is- let’s talk about location! One block to the ocean and on the bay. We walked or rode bikes everywhere. I really enjoyed being there on the “off season”- the weather was 70+ and sunny every day. This vacation was a 10!

We had such a nice weekend stay at Lauri's place. We reached out to her last minute, and she was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Check in and check out was quick, easy and painless, making the whole process smooth. The place was exactly as pictured and more. It felt so comfort and home-like. The location of this place is perfect. Walking distance to the beach, parks, restaurants and much more, all while still feeling as though we were in a quiet, safe, cozy spot. We had a great weekend and really loved working with Lauri. We will be back!!

This condo is very clean and nicely equipped. We had no problems, locating it and certainly felt safe and had no problems. There is a diner right next to it which is within walkable distance. The beach and Boardwalk are about a 10 minute drive with traffic. A walk to these areas would be relatively long but you could potentially ride a bike. Certainly would stay here again.

Enjoyable stay near the beaches and outlets. Clean living space with ample amenities including a nice pool. Host was friendly, accommodating, and prompt to respond to questions/requests.

Stayed at this place for a month. Location to the beach, restaurants and shopping areas was very good. Liz was very responsive to my questions and was very accommodating when I wanted to check in a bit early.

There was an issue when we arrived and the cleaners had not been there. The host was quick to respond and address the issue. The place looks like it has been updated since the photos and the rooms were larger than I anticipated. It was an easy walk to the beach and convention center and there were a lot of restaurants around. We were traveling in the off season so many weren't open but during the spring/summer you would have access to a lot of different options.
