Cottage in Lawrenceville, NJ connected to Rider University. Walking distance to entire campus. 3 miles to The College of New Jersey ( TCNJ ), 6 miles to Princeton, 5 miles to Trenton, City Hall, 4 miles to Hamilton train station. Nice suburban neighborhood, very quiet, total privacy. Off-street parking for free. Free Wifi, wide bathroom entrance, kitchenette. Cottage is detached from main home on property. No outrageous cleaning fees! We'll handle that-use that money for a nice dinner or two ;)

Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

The Roost, Strawbale Construction

You will be staying in picturesque Northern Bucks County in a Strawbale constructed home. We are located on 25 acres with a 4 acre organic orchard. Our property abuts 5286 acre Nockamixon State Park which has mountain biking, boating, fishing and hiking. We are out in the country but only an hour from Philadelphia and 1 1/2 hours to New York City. You will be located in walking distance of a coffee shop, Italian restaurant and within 20 to 30 minutes of Doylestown, Frenchtown and New Hope.

Studio Over the Creek

Set in a bucolic backdrop, the studio is 1/2 mile from historic Carversville village, which hasn’t changed since the 1800's. Perched high above a gurgling creek, surrounded by woods, we are situated on a secluded tree-lined road that is extremely popular for walkers, runners and bikers. Rock in the motion chair on the deck while sipping coffee; enjoy the peacefulness and spectacular view. The towns of New Hope, Lambertville, Stockton, Lahaska and Doylestown are just a short drive away.

The Shore Cottage is a cozy one bedroom guest house with vaulted ceilings and abundant natural light nestled in quiet Ocean View - just 5 minutes from Sea Isle City beaches and less than 10 minutes from the beaches of Avalon & Stone Harbor. In addition to the beaches, Abbie Homes Estate, local breweries, wineries, and golf courses are within minutes of the Shore Cottage. Situated in a centrally located neighborhood, kick back and experience all that the shore has to offer.

Air conditioning/heat throughout the cottage. 2 beach passes, beach towels, beach chairs. Plenty of street parking.

Stroll through the gardens, wander by the creek or sit and relax at the pool as you enjoy the surroundings on our beautiful two acre lot. We believe you will literally feel your stress melt away as you drive onto the property. Easily accessible by train(Septa) and by highway.
