Come and experience the beauty of life on a farm! This newly renovated space has its own private exterior entrance off of the picturesque wrap around farmhouse porch and is complete with all the classic and simple farmhouse touches. We are a working livestock farm raising cows, sheep, chicken, ducks, pigs & more. This space is perfect for some outdoor adventure time while still being close to historic downtown Newberry, home of the Newberry Opera House, & not far from Greenville and Columbia.

Our beautiful cottage for adults only is set on a private spring fed pond with all amenities to unwind from the day-to-day hustle. A porch with rocking chairs, brick fire pit and outdoor lighting in the courtyard make this your destination for relaxation. Take a walk in the 20 acres of wooded trails, fish, kayak, paddleboat, read a book, write, listen to music or just take a nap. This property lets you unplug from the world, relax, and connect with nature without giving up modern conveniences.

Lakefront Cabin with Scenic Views

A quiet 1500 ft2 log cabin on a small cove of Lake Murray with beautiful views and room for the whole family. The back porch has an attached gazebo, another gazebo is at lakefront. The interior is wide open with magnificent cathedral ceilings, fireplace in the family room and master bedroom. Spiral staircase up to the loft with a study/extra sleeping. Public boat ramp & dock is approximately 3 miles away, making a short boat ride to be able to beach your boat at the cove. No pets or smoking.

If you have a pet there is tons of space for them to run around and even go swimming in the lake. The location is a bit remote, so it is super quiet and serene. There is a gas station, Dollar General, and restaurants 5 minutes away. It is a central location: 10 minutes from the town of Saluda, 10 minutes from Batesburg, 20 minutes from Newberry, and 20 minutes from Lexington.

The Lake Murray dam and boat launch are 10 minutes driving. Downtown Columbia and USC are 20 minutes away. Fort Jackson is 40 minutes away and much more. We have room for your boat or jet ski!

If you’re looking for a relaxing stay to visit Newberry ( we are about 7 mile from downtown ) about 5 mile off I26. Our home is extremely clean. We take pride in giving our guests a comfortable stay. Comfortable furniture and beds. Nothing fancy, but good quality sheets and towels. Plenty of nice pots and pans , fully furnished kitchen. We are on a quiet dead end road. Extremely safe. We live on the same road and are available for anything you need, but give you complete privacy.

You'll enjoy this small cabin located less than 2 miles from Dreher Island State Recreation Area. The views from the living area and kitchen are breath-taking. You can sit on the dock & watch the sun set or take your boat out just a few hundred yards to watch the sun rise. This location is great for swimming & a dock is available so you can bring your boat. There is also great fishing from the dock and on a boat. This will provide an unforgettable vacation!

Marcy's Place

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway surrounded by acres of wooded land and privacy. This Tiny House with porch was constructed of Logs in 2022. The outside logs are painted gray to blend in with nature. The inside is beautiful natural pine, with 3 bedrooms/1 bath/2 queen and 2 bunk beds with a loft, washer/dryer. It's conveniently located 4 miles off Interstate I 77 and 2 miles from the 1770 Historical town of Ridgeway, SC off Hwy 21 north.
