Sweet two bedroom cottage on a quiet street, located one block from the hospital and within walking distance of historic downtown Albany with fine shops and restaurants, summer concerts, and the Albany Carousel. This c.1920 cottage sleeps four comfortably, a private driveway, backyard, and outside seating areas including a lovely front porch. The Craftsman cottage is on a private 15 acre wetland providing excellent views of a wide range of birds and other wildlife. French doors open to a deck and huge yard that meets the wetland and walking path around the ponds. Less than 2 miles from the house, enjoy kayaking and walking the Luckiamute Landing Trails at the confluence of the Luckiamute, Santiam and Willamette rivers. Beautiful, spacious, well maintained and very clean house in great newer NE Albany neighborhood. This air conditioned house sleeps 12 people (10 in beds) and has 4 all upstairs bedrooms. Sleeping arrangements are as follows, 1 King size bed, 2 Queen size beds, 4 twin size beds, 2 couches. Full access to well equipped kitchen, laundry room, private back yard, Wifi, Roku.
