GiGi's Downtown House

You will be close to everything when staying at this centrally located downtown home. In the business region of Old Steubenville, it’s just a 5 minute drive to Franciscan University or Krogers grocery store, and a 5 minute stroll into Steubenville's Historic Fourth St, where you'll find Nutcracker Village, shops, restaurants and First Fridays! Pittsburgh is 40 minute drive. We have put a lot of love and attention into restoring this historic home to make it comfortable and cozy for our guests.

El Villa on Efts

Located 7 minutes away from Franciscan University and 15 minutes from Key Bank pavilion (Starlake) Where wildlife roam free and relaxation takes over, El Villa on Efts is the place for you. If you are looking for an extended stay or a quick get away, this charming villa is just what you need. Grab a good book or a cocktail and prepare to make memories around the bonfire or in the screened in porch. If you love the outdoors but not the mosquitos, enjoy your night on the screened in porch instead!

We are only 15 min. away from shopping & restaurants & 40 min. from Tappan Lake.

Classic private loft suite with modern bathroom and parlor on the upper level of a beautiful Cape Cod house. Includes mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, AC units and fireplace. In the Friendly Village of Wintersville, close to Franciscan University and highway 22. Short walk to shopping, restaurants and bus stop. Use of washer, dryer, and are kitchen available downstairs by appointment for additional fees. Games, books, baby gate, extra beds, bedding etc, are available on request.

Arabian Nights sits directly on the Ohio River in Wellsburg WV. You will have complete access to the second floor along with all the amenities and access to fully stocked kitchen (when you book the whole floor for 2 nights or more) minus groceries and coffee is always on. Each room has its own distilled water fountian located in the bathroom and kitchen sinks. Hi, I’m William Galloway, your host. I designed and built this 5,500 sq ft home on 2.25 acres with amazing Ohio River Valley views. Enjoy a heated pool, pickleball court, game room, BBQ deck, and hiking trails. Nearby Marland Heights Park offers tennis, bocce, and a playground. The Ohio River is 10 mins away for watersports, and whitewater rafting and golf courses are close. Pittsburgh is 35 miles away, and the airport is 25 miles. Enjoy your stay!
