Classic private loft suite with modern bathroom and parlor on the upper level of a beautiful Cape Cod house. Includes mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, AC units and fireplace. In the Friendly Village of Wintersville, close to Franciscan University and Hwy 22. Short walk to shopping, restaurants and buses. Use of washer, dryer, and kitchen available downstairs by appointment for additional fees. Games, books, baby gate, extra beds, bedding, additional toiletries etc, are available on request.

You will be close to everything when staying at this centrally located downtown home. In the business region of Old Steubenville, it’s just a 5 minute drive to Franciscan University or Krogers grocery store, and a 5 minute stroll into Steubenville's Historic Fourth St, where you'll find Nutcracker Village, shops, restaurants and First Fridays! Pittsburgh is 40 minute drive. We have put a lot of love and attention into restoring this historic home to make it comfortable and cozy for our guests.

Located 7 minutes away from Franciscan University and 15 minutes from Key Bank pavilion (Starlake) Where wildlife roam free and relaxation takes over, El Villa on Efts is the place for you. If you are looking for an extended stay or a quick get away, this charming villa is just what you need. If you love the outdoors but not the mosquitos, enjoy your night on the screened in porch instead!

You will have complete access to the second floor along with all the amenities and access to fully stocked kitchen (when you book the whole floor for 2 nights or more) minus groceries and coffee is always on. Each room has its own distilled water fountian located in the bathroom and kitchen sinks.
