The Love Shack- 1 Bedroom Retreat

This cozy, rustic cottage is perfect for settling in, relaxing, fishing, swimming, and reading a book. Yes, you can do all of that simultaneously. Shallow, warm water awaits you at this simple oasis. Relax under the large covered deck on a hanging swing or soak in the sun on the lower deck. Inside there is one bedroom with a double bed with storage under. The kitchen, living room with futon, and dining room are convenient areas. A pint of Knapp's Sapp Shack syrup is provided upon arrival.

Lakehouse & Tiki Hut on Guffin Bay

The Bayside Villa is a beautifully renovated cottage on 100 feet of breathtaking private waterfront. It overlooks the serene Guffin Bay, which boasts some of the area's best fishing, swimming, boating & kayaking. You will enjoy relaxing days, the most breathtaking sunsets and cozy, starlit nights in front of the bonfire. The Tiki Hut is it's own retreat where you can read, play games or just stare at the water from a comfy chair. You will want to return here to make memories year after year!

The Boathouse

The views are surreal! With over a 200 degree view, sitting on the couch seems like sitting over the top of the water. Located on a small protected bay, also home to two yacht clubs, you'll see boaters of all kinds. The fishing is fabulous right from the dock. Located on a quiet private road, you'll be walking distance a from restaurants, an ice cream shop, shopping, banking, the local library, and even a small winery! There is deep water dockage if you plan to bring a boat.

Anchors Away

This is the perfect place to call home while fishing the infamous “golden crescent”. Functional, cozy and efficient, this 400 square foot fishing cottage boasts a double bed, a bunk bed, a bathroom with stand up shower and an efficiency kitchen complete with microwave, refrigerator and a gas stove. Dock your boat and/or fish off the dock of the famous “Taylor boathouse”. Or head to one of the many waterfront towns in the area such as Clayton or Sacketts Harbor to explore and dine.

Peaceful Getaway

Kick back and relax in this peaceful space. Guest house has two twin beds, private bathroom, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small refrigerator. WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access. The property is located within 5 miles of two marinas, along with The Elms Golf Club and is located on Lindsey Creek, that has access to North and South Sandy Pond, as well as Lake Ontario via canoe or kayak. Amenities include: washer, dryer , fully equipped kitchen, bedding, towels, wood . A great multi season property. We offer a one canoe for use. We also have wi fi and tv.

The Guest House This private beautiful home sits on 50 acres of land with three ponds. The home was built in 2014. Sit out by the pond and enjoy the sound of the bull frogs. The lady of the house is a Reconnective healer and life coach. Sessions are available. We are 3 miles from Alexandria Bay and one mile from the St. Lawrence River. Very quiet, no neighbors. Great place to relax and get away.
