Secteur paisible à proximité d'un arrêt autobus donnant accès à la ville de St-Jean-sur-Richelieu. Proximité de bons restaurants et cinéma, près de la magnifique rivière Richelieu, piste cyclable provinciale de milliers de km, sentiers pédestres à proximité, festival des montgolfières en août, etc. Épicerie et pharmacie à 500 mètres, secteur spectacle plein air gratuit à plusieurs endroits. L'automne est aussi une période magnifique pour parcourir la route des vins et la cueillette des pommes.

Nous sommes heureux de vous accueillir au Gîte des Arts, un lieu paisible situé devant un petit lac écologique, en pleine forêt. C’est l’endroit parfait pour se reposer, se ressourcer et profiter des activités de la région. Des œuvres d’art uniques, réalisées par des artistes locaux, sont exposées dans le gîte. Vous pouvez les admirer, les découvrir et les acquérir pour prolonger l’expérience artistique à la maison. Nous croyons que le bien-être passe par la nature, la beauté et la simplicité.

Fabulous Jay Peak ski-in/ski out condo!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located condo. You are steps to the pool and water park (water park tickets sold separately). Plenty of dining options, hiking and golf are within walking distance. In the winter, enjoy the ski-in and ski-out location. This condo has a fully stocked kitchen, a dining area and a living room with a smart tv and cable. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a smart tv. The second bedroom has a full and two twins.

With its ideal location, our condo is only a few minutes away from Lake Memphremagog, downtown Magog and Mount Orford for the greatest pleasure of outdoor enthusiasts. Located directly across the street from the golf course/nordic center, next to the Ice Haus & the Water Park. Walk to the tram in the morning. Great destination for a small family, couples getaway or just a place to rest your head after a long day skiing/boarding. Newly renovated bathroom. Sweet and simple. Pets welcome!
