KT’s Cottage Tiny Home near the Suwannee River

KT’s Cottage is located just minutes outside the city limits of Historical Downtown Live Oak and the beautiful Suwannee River. If you are passing through for business or to enjoy the area, I hope you will find our cottage’s accommodations are more than satisfactory. There is a queen bed downstairs as well as a queen in the loft, with plenty of extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. Coffee, tea & bottled water are included. Enjoy grilling while relaxing in the swing or sitting by a campfire

Located in Lake Park, GA just south of Valdosta, GA. This cottage is newly renovated inside and out and sits directly on the waters of Lake Long Pond. Enjoy boating, skiing, tubing, canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing and more. Large open floor plan with wall of windows and huge deck overlooking the lake for beautiful sunset views. Long dock with diving board at the end. Private white sandy beach and boat ramp on property. Perfect for gatherings and entertainment. Near Wild Adventures Theme Park.

A beautiful and quiet place in the country!

Bring the whole family to this great place, with lots of room for fun. We are minutes from the Suwanee music park & historic Live Oak. You will have eggs from our chickens, goats to feed here at our great family farm. A beautiful fire pit for evening fun. With a bar-b-que provilion equipped with charcoal grills and a great outside dinning table. We have a beautiful outside shower and a new 3 cage frisbee golf course and the evening stars are spectacular, with the sounds of nature everywhere.

This quaint, cozy getaway is exactly what you need to wind down and relax while creating a modern cabin feel. After a long day sit down and enjoy a massage from our very own massage chair. With free Wi-Fi Internet and access to live streaming to enjoy your favorite channels and shows. Come relax at the lake. This newly renovated efficiency apartment is nestled away on tranquil Dykes Pond. With water on two sides, a babbling brook and full lake access it’s perfect for watching fish and other wildlife, swimming or kayaking. There’s a dock for fishing or for just enjoying the lake view. The apartment, in a multi unit house, is just for you. Kayaks are available for your use. Only 8 min to I-75, 19 min to Wild Adventures, VSU, & SGMC Please note that there ISN’T A KITCHEN!

Potter on the Farm Alpacas, Mini-Donkeys & Goats

Harry Potter fans, wizards and muggles will love this magically themed spot! We are situated on 5 acres in the country in a very peaceful and safe location. Which house will you be selected for; the sorting hat will see to that! We have a huge butterfly garden on property, we have three firepit areas, tree swings, and a great area to take photos in the Area 51, where Aliens and Bigfoot hangout. Catch sight of wild deers, turkeys, cardinals, hummingbirds and of course our farm animals!

Pharmhouse

This farm house is located off the beaten path. It is a two story house with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths(both down stairs). You will enjoy the butterflies, peacocks that roam the neighborhood, deer and lots of birds. We are down a dirt road but 7 miles to a Walmart and restaurants. We are located very near the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park where they have small to large music festivals. There are areas, in the back yard, that say private property. Please stay away from these areas.

Goat House at Cypress Oaks Farm

You will feel welcomed and relaxed in our cozy little house. Appealing to your necessities there is a TV, high speed internet and a coffee bar. The outdoor area has a paved patio, seating and a fire pit. Enjoy the cool shaded area and BBQ after a day in the sun. The Goat House is tucked away on the edge of woods on the outskirts of Live Oak. Close enough to run to the store and far enough for a quiet starlit night relaxing in a hammock or enjoying a small bonfire on cool nights.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Just 0.1 mile from Florida’s breathtaking Madison Blue Spring State Park and the Withlacoochee River, this private, gated RV stay is your home base for nature, comfort, and adventure.
