One bedroom ocean view villa in the heart of Hilton Head Island and Coligny Plaza. Steps to private beach access and just a short walk to the Tiki Hut. The villa is very clean and well cared for. Small kitchenette which includes oven, microwave and fridge. Bunks in hallway, recommended for young children. Weight limit on ladder: 75lbs. Perfectly located and tastefully decorated villa w/brand new furniture, flooring and paint throughout. New luxury master and guest bathrooms completed in 2022, updated kitchen with granite and new stainless steel appliances. Villa overlooks one of two community pools from a covered balcony which has a spiral-stair that leads down to the pool and lagoon. 1/4 mile walk or bike ride to Coligny Beach and all the South Beach happenings. Unit has a full-sized washer and dryer and private parking.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! If you want security and serenity, this home is for you! This stylish 3 bed, 2 bath house has EVERYTHING you need for a relaxing vacation. Walking distance (10 blocks) to the best beaches on the island, dozens of restaurants and amazing Harbour Town! The fabulous Beach Club has onsite parking Sea Pines guests. Walk to Ocean | Pool | End Unit | Seas’the Day

Please see our almost 1000 5-star reviews at our other properties. This chic and modern open concept Townhouse is filled with light. And, this end unit townhouse allows for much more light. Beautiful renovations and new furniture will welcome you to your favorite retreat on the island. All 3 bedrooms have attached private bathrooms. 1 is on the main floor and 2 upstairs. Just a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Both Coligny and the new Celebration park are very close too.
