This beautiful studio is in a private house on one of Savannah's barrier Islands. It is 12-15 minutes drive to Downtown ( Use Uber to take advantage of downtown Savannah's open container laws) and 10 minutes to the beach at Tybee Island. Starlander Ltd.: The XL Suite, w/ private bath

The Starlander suites are within a 1920s townhouse that's part home (mine), part guest house, part art gallery, and a little bit library (I have a few books). I've travelled to over 70 countries, and my favorite stays were not in hotels, but in small guest houses and hostels with private rooms available. I liked the home-grown character of these places, and the chance to interact with the hosts and other guests. I hope to give others a similar opportunity in Savannah at the Starlander.

Magical gardens with birds and butterflies, and solar walkways so you can enjoy the stars at night. I pride myself having spotless apartments and every surface is wiped with care. Lovely Loft in Starland with Private Entrance

This vacation studio was a labor of love -- I wanted to create a truly unique, comfy, open space, with a cool, eclectic vibe. We built a new bathroom and private entrance, with ceilings bumped up to the roof. We more recently added a small deck outside the guests' door, and created a funky garden/sitting area as well.
