Located in Port Ritchey FL, the villa sleeps 8 with a Sunroom & Lanai sitting area, and a garage / gaming area for the kids. It’s north from the famous beaches in St. Petersburg, and 30mins to Tarpon Springs. Our home is centrally located and minutes away from restaurants, shopping and near by Hudson beach. Plus some of Florida's most famous springs with manatees and other wildlife's to see.

This home is nestled next to thousands of acres of wildlife bird sanctuary. There are kayak trails to follow for hours. Redfish, Sea trout and Mangrove snapper are abundant. This beautifully decorated home is well stocked with anything you may need. There are 2 Kayaks, one two person and one single, 2 adult bikes, and fishing equipment.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. A lot of room in the living room & very relaxing in the family/Florida room with an exercise machine along with a mat & stretching wheel. Three smartTV are provided: one in the kitchen/dining room, family room & one bedroom. I have a screen room with a dining table & chairs outside (smokers are only allowed in the screen room & the porch) laundry is included. Furry friends are welcome

Close to multiple shops, malls and many restaurants, some with Ocean view where you can experience the beautiful Florida sunsets. Close to sunrise, you can find parks, cruises and much more. Sunrise is 40 minutes away from Tampa's Airport and a hour away from St. Petersburg' s Airport. The house has two master bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a dining table
