This large 3-room suite is part of my home, but is private, separate and locked off from the rest of the residence. There's a private entrance to your suite from the building lobby. Suite includes a dining/sitting area with dining/work table, sofa (opens to queen bed), TV and tiny patio. French doors separate this room from huge light-filled primary bedroom (with king bed). Cushioned bay window seat. Large spa-bathroom, "kitchenette" alcove, walk-in closet. 560 sq ft plus bath, closet & patio.

Pacific Heights Home Garden Near Fillmore & Union

Luxury renovated studio. Top area. Designer furniture, bathroom & kitchen appliances. Private garden. Keetsa king size mattress and fine linens. Street is quiet and beautiful, but the neighborhood (Fillmore, Union, Chestnut, Polk St) is bustling w/ restaurants, cafes, bars & shops. Guest Suite in PacHeights, Japantown & Fillmore St

Our one-bedroom basement space comes with a large bedroom with a California king-size bed, a living room with a queen sofa bed, and a full bath and a wet bar with a compact refrigerator/freezer, microwave, mini dishwasher, toaster oven & sink. We don't recommend the place for four adults (the sofa bed can feel cramped) but it's great for people traveling with young kids. We live upstairs and try to be quiet but you may hear us.

Perfect getaway near Japantown

Our inviting room with its own entrance and private bath, mini-fridge and coffee/tea making essentials is in our Victorian home IN the city. Walk to the Fillmore, many of the best restaurants in SF, and Japantown, or hop a bus to anywhere in SF. In Nov 2024, we installed Google Mesh, giving guest super fast upload and download speeds to facilitate virtual meetings in the suite.

Steps from this large, remodeled studio you'll find green spaces, delicious restaurants and bakeries, high-end boutiques, and public transportation. It's private space with its own private entrance, queen bed, living area, full bathroom, kitchenette, and dedicated workspace. The owner lives upstairs.
