This spacious, thoughtfully designed 1 BR/1.5 BA home on 4 acres is ideal for those looking to relax and get away from it all while still being just minutes away from some of the areas best dining and attractions. Whether you want to watch the sun rise over the York River, spend the day exploring the Williamsburg historic triangle (Busch Gardens), or just take it easy around the house and enjoy the outdoor area, the choice is yours.

During this time of global crisis, we wish to assure all guests that we have been faithfully following the CDC recommendations to avoid the spread of COVID-19. We are cleaning all surfaces in our house with disinfectant, washing bedding with Clorox, and providing antibacterial hand soap for our guests. Close to shopping and restaurants with take out service. Ample outdoor space with fire pit, grill, deck and covered porch. Fast internet service, there is a smart tv connected to a antenna.

WILLIAMSBURG AREA, SURRY, VA. Lightwood Forest is a beautiful historic house nestled in 110 acres of private woodland preserve. Surround yourself with history, antiques, art and nature, and over two miles of private hiking trails winding through the ancient forest. A true hands-on historical experience surrounded by nature. Lightwood Forest is in rural Surry County, on the south side of the James River, a short, free car ferry ride from Williamsburg and Jamestown, which runs 24/7, all year.

Curious about what makes Gloucester so wonderful? Live like a local at "Bee Haven Retreat" and find out for yourself at our newly renovated 2 bedroom cottage. Super homey and spacious living allows for guests to have memorable family & friend time. Sit around with the windows open, sipping morning coffee. Our street is quiet & very safe with free parking spaces. Shops, restaurants, hiking, lovely beaches & Colonial Williamsburg all within a short driving distance of our home.

The Nook

Enjoy a getaway in this cozy 1 bedroom apartment attached to a classic 1940s Cape Cod home minutes from Colonial Williamsburg and Jamestown. You'll be within biking distance to many local attractions such as Williamsburg Winery, Jamestown Island, Jamestown Settlement, Jamestown Beach, and Billsburg Brewery. Busch Gardens & Water Country are a 15 minute drive. The Nook was completely refinished in 2020. Need more space or traveling with a group? Inquire about our other units.

Freedom Cottage /King Bed-Jamestown/ Busch Gardens

The Freedom Cottage is a charming little cottage comfortable for four, can fit 5 with the sofa bed. You're minutes away from Freedom Park, The Premium Outlets, Jamestown Settlement and 15 minutes from Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens and Water Country. The Williamsburg Winery is also well within reach of our home! Our place offers maximum utility and privacy! We ensure to sanitize every surface, wash every towel and replace every sheet after each guest.

Enjoy all the comforts of home during your Williamsburg vacation at Mallardee Farm! Allow us to make our home, your home while you explore all of Williamsburg’s attractions-just a 15 minute drive away! You’ll find that Mallardee Farm will serve as its own attraction with our friendly, rescued farm pets, walking trails through the 57 acre property, complimentary fishing poles, canoe, row boat & kayaks to use on our 7 acre pond. Covid-19 precautions followed.

Lovely, quiet, large ground floor 2 bdrm 2 full bath condo in "Kingsmill on the James". Beautiful tree and Audubon bird sanctuaries, trails. Condo backs to greenbelt, within walking distance to Kingsmill's beach, spa, marina, Café. **please note condo is in "Kingsmill on the James", not Kingsmill Resort...there's spa and beach access, for dogs too, but not pool... to use pool and resort, please book directly through the resort

Casita on the Corner

The Casita is a cozy 2 bedroom, one bath, small dog friendly home is on a corner lot in a family friendly neighborhood just minutes from major attractions like Busch Gardens-Water Country. The area is rich with historical sites. Be sure to visit Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. There is a shopping center with a Grocery store and restaurants within walking distance from the property.

Be close to everything when you stay at Kingsmill’s centrally-located gated community. Minutes from Busch Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, Yorktown and College of William & Mary. At end of busy day, relax on your private balcony overlooking pond. If you are looking for comfort, convenience, cleanliness and security, this is your place! Sorry, no pets.
