Island Bungalow, located on Bowens Island, a one bedroom 400 sq ft stand alone cottage on the Folly River as part of the owners property with deep water dock with sunset views. Fishing, crabbing, boating, paddle boarding and kayaking, are available right on the island. The cottage is nestled among mature oak and palm trees for that relaxing island ambiance. Just a walk down the dirt road is the world famous Bowens Island Restaurant, Folly Beach 2 miles by car or bike, 15 minutes to Charleston

Off-street parking space for one and one space street parking. Beach vibes without all the crowds.

Entire Condo in Avondale

This centrally-located 2-bedroom condo in the Avondale neighborhood is close to downtown but still quiet. You're a short walk to multiple neighborhood favorites (Avondale Wine & Cheese, Pearlz Oyster Bar, Gene's Hofbrauhaus and Triangle Char and Bar). Or a short 6 minute drive/Uber to King Street if you want the Southern Charm experience. You’ll love the quiet neighborhood while still having convenient and quick access to downtown and local beaches. Folly Beach is my favorite.

This rental is walking distance to 3 breakfast spots, a grocery store, great restaurants, bars and Dock Street Park. Cute, cozy and full of amenities in a family friendly neighborhood.
