The house was built in 2023, with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, living/dining room and laundry. There’s a 6 car parking lot + a 2 car garage. Trailers and RVs are welcome (driveway is 60ft long). The back of the house has a fully fenced backyard with a fire pit and grill. In total, 8 people could fit comfortably, though up to 9. If you're staying over the duration of 28 days and would like something added, please let me know. I'll do my best to accommodate all my guests!

Our home is conveniently located near many of Jacksonville's attractions. With easy access to Butler BLVD and I-295 you can get where you need to go quickly. We are also conveniently located to Mayo Clinic (less than 2 miles away) and Jacksonville Beach (4 miles away). St. Augustine is only a 45 minute drive away. Historic Amelia Island is also under an hour drive away making it another great day trip destination.
