Historic Carriage House in SOMA

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per night for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.

This is a brand new guest house in the Historic Heights neighborhood walking distance to local upscale shopping and dining. The home is close to UAMS, ACH, downtown, UALR, and most major medical centers. This sweet studio bungalow is comfortable, peaceful , and quiet. The patio is very relaxing where you can enjoy your coffee . A sweet hideaway in the middle of town not far from the freeway. It sleeps 2 adults on the queen bed and 1 adult or 2 children on the full size sleeper sofa. The kitchenette has an under counter fridge. A microwave, toaster, electric skillet, and Keurig are also provided.

The Layover

The Layover is a located in the up and coming neighborhood of Pettaway and is located on the property of the main home. It's a 7 minute drive to the airport, 10 minute walk to the bustling area of SOMA, a 5 minute walk to MacArthur Park, and many more convenient close destinations. It's perfect if you have a quick stay in Little Rock or just need a place to rest and relax.

Cabot Country Cottage

Take it easy at this country cottage. This beautiful cottage is surrounded by trees. You can relax on the porch swing, while enjoying the birds sing. It is located only a mile away from one of Arkansas’ best golf courses, 5 miles to the highway and 15 minutes from the Air Force Base. Due to the country setting, this cottage is not handicap accessible.
