On Jackson Lake, 1 hr from Atlanta, our cottage with private dock (with kayaks-two adult and one child size) is the perfect spot to unwind. With picture-ready furnishings, white cotton and linen bedding, and subtle antique decor, our cottage exudes a warm vibe that will make you feel right at home. Please note: no wild parties and no drug use. Our neighbors don't deserve to hear or smell any nonsense. Thank you!

Greek Revival Farmhouse

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, The Pierce Farmhouse was built in 1870 as a wedding gift for a son. We have owned it for 20 years and have made another set of renovations to bring it back to its original charm and character while making it more comfortable with modern amenities. The farmhouse sits on 60 wooded acres in High Shoals and guests have access to our pond for fishing and river for canoeing. We are 20 minutes from Athens, and 15 minutes from Monroe and Madison.

Less than 60 minutes from Downtown Atlanta. Note: Lake water level will start lowering October 6- no boat access. Waterfront Lake property, 3 bedroom 2 bath spacious open-floor concept right on Lake Jackson. We call this the perfect "Zipcode Change" with family or friends where you can relax.
