The entire home has been remodeled and features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. The open floor plan provides beautiful views of the lake - sometimes you may feel that you are ON a boat! Bring your boat or enjoy the kayaks and paddleboards to explore this peaceful lake. There is a nice sandbar a short paddle from the house. *“Half” bedroom is a loft bed on second floor.

The 136 acre all-sports lake is surrounded by rolling, tree covered hills. The cottage is 10 min. away from Chelsea, 20 min. from Jackson, and 25 min. from Ann Arbor. Waterloo cottage is newly remodeled with three bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Rents Minimum weekly in Summer- Sat to Sat and 2 Day Rentals in other Months.

Four kayaks and life vests are available for use. Bring your boat and park it at the 2 available boat docks on the property! Public boat launch is located a short walking distance away. Restaurants, ice cream place, and convenience stores are located within walking distance or a short drive away.

Enjoy our hot tub all year long. Canal views with free access to pedal boat, SUPs, and kayak. Relax by the indoor gas fireplace or fire pit. Guest rave about nearby wineries and walking trails. UM football : 30 miles to the Big House. Equestrians- Waterloo Hunt: 9 miles. We offer dog-friendly accommodations (pet fee required). Want a pontoon to explore the lake?
