Dock is in and ready! This property is the perfect destination for a relaxing retreat or a fun packed day of water sports. Located on a quiet 80 acre spring fed lake, the options are limitless. The guest will have access to 2 fishing kayaks (the fishing is awesome here!) and 1 paddle board. Outside you will find the perfect spot to have a fire while watching the sunset hit the water/ice. After a nice day on the water the 65 inch Samsung TV and 7 speaker surround sound are ready for a movie night

TheTree House Studio, across the road from the turquoise water of Round Lake is ideal for lake fun, hiking, fishing, a relaxing getaway, writer or artist retreat, or change of pace from a home office Guests enjoy a private apartment while also having shared use of the large deck, grill, bikes, lake toys, small boats, and hot tub (please understand that hot tubs require maintenance and will occasionally be unavailable for a brief time) 20 min from Jackson, and an hour from Lansing and Ann Arbor

Lakeview Cozy Cottage

This is the perfect place to relax and reconnect with family. The cottage has beautiful lake views from every room. There is a large deck and huge yard for gathering with friends and family for outdoor games or a barbecue. Enjoy the kayaks, paddle board, take a swim and soak up the sun. Fish from the dock or bring your own boat! There is shuffleboard and other yard games. Check out the nearby fun places to visit. There is something for everyone. Property is located at Clarklake a public lake and access for swimming/boating can be gained at the public access a few minutes away. This location is wonderful to take walks/ biking with a 7 mile trail around the lake.

The Cheerful Lake House at Crane Cove

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Situated on beautiful all sports Wolf Lake this newly built space is gorgeous with great views from it's lofty deck. Located near the Irish Hills there are many things to enjoy in this area. Enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding, or paddle boating (all included) right from the lakefront and shared dock. Bring your own boat and dock here for the duration of your stay. Basement and garage have separate apartments that may also have guests.

Quonset Hut Cottage

Listed as one of Michigan's Dream Homes 2023. Located on the beautiful all-sports Swains Lake. Includes two kayaks (April-Oct), your own dock and beach area. Public boat launch a mile down the road. Inside you will find a clean, spacious, cabin with all the amenities needed for a romantic get away or a family fun trip! Only an hour away from Ann Arbor and Kalamazoo or 30 minutes from Marshall. Falling Waters Trail, a 10 mile paved trail connecting Concord to Jackson, is 5 miles away.
