Het tuinhuis ligt midden in het binnenhof en tuin van ‘t Hof, de oude rentmeesterswoning. De studio bestaat uit een inkomhal, leefruimte, keuken, eetplaats, slaapplaats met dubbel bed, badkamer en toilet.
