Bienvenue dans notre appartement 1 chambre, rénové et décoré avec goût. Il se situe dans une rue calme au cœur du quartier de la place Flagey, jouissant d'une multitude de bars, restaurants et commerces en tout genre. L'appartement est situé à côté des transports en commun pour accéder facilement au reste de Bruxelles. Il est composé d'une chambre avec salle de douche, une cuisine ouverte super équipée donnant sur le salon. Nous nous réjouissons de vous y accueillir très prochainement.

A LIRE AVANT TOUTE CHOSE : si vous n'aimez pas les chats, ce logement n'est pas pour vous ;) En effet, vous serez accompagné du plus doux et plus calin des chats: Negroni, il est totalement indépendant (il a sa chatière et son distributeur de croquettes, il faudra juste lui donner de l'eau) Détendez-vous dans ce grand duplex calme et élégant dans un magnifique quartier de Bruxelles, proche de tout. Décoré avec gout et soin. Il dispose d'un grand jardin, un salon de jardin et deux terrasses.

Idéalement situé entre les communes d'Etterbeek et Ixelles, ce bien vous permettra de vous déplacer aisément dans toute la ville. Le quartier offre de nombreux choix de restaurants, bars, boulangeries et alimentation. Il y a aussi un lavoir à proximité, des parcs et bien entendu les magnifiques étangs d'Ixelles à seulement 15 minutes de marche! Bien que jouissant d'un emplacement central, la rue est calme et l'appartement conçu pour se détendre après une longue journée. A bientôt !

Magnifique studio, 30m2 proche du quartier européen et Flagey, dans rue calme. Au 3 ème étage sans ascenseur. King size bed. Petite cuisine (pas de four mais un micro-ondes). 350 mètres de la place Flagey. Le parlement européen est à moins de 15 minutes de marche. De nombreux restaurants & bars sont à distance de marche. Vous trouvez des supermarchés à moins de 5 minutes. Cinéma très proche. La 'grand-place' est accessible à pied en 30 min, en transports en commun en 20 min. Non fumeur!
