Il se situe dans une rue calme au cœur du quartier de la place Flagey, jouissant d'une multitude de bars, restaurants et commerces en tout genre. L'appartement est situé à côté des transports en commun pour accéder facilement au reste de Bruxelles. Il est composé d'une chambre avec salle de douche, une cuisine ouverte super équipée donnant sur le salon. Nous nous réjouissons de vous y accueillir très prochainement.

Charmant appartement très lumineux, en mezzanine, situé en plein coeur d'Ixelles. Juste à coté de l'avenue Louise connue pour ses belles boutiques, de la place Flagey où vous pourrez vous promener le long des étangs d'Ixelles, manger ou boire un verre. Près de la place du Chatelain, connue pour son marché et ses apéros en été. A 20 min à pieds du park du bois de la cambre et 10 min du centre ville et des cinémas. L'appartement se trouve également à 10 min à pieds de la commission européenne.

You will love this bright apartment in Ixelles. Your own apartment in a traditional house. In a very cool and calm street. Very close to everything to visit Brussels (by foot, by subway, by tramway). You will be very next to restaurants, cinema, park your car or bike, shopping, etc. The historic part of Brussel (Grand Place, etc.) is less than 25 mins by foot and all the public transports (trams, bus..) are 5 mins by foot from our house .. Welcome to my cosy unique bright home, with astonishing view, a terrace and a balcony. You will be able to spend your alone time in my apartment when I am not there, meaning you will have the entire place for yourself. HOWEVER, my CAT Charlie is staying in the apartment as well, which means you might need to give him food here and there. The apartment is very well located, close to the EU institutions and a walking distance from the city center.
