Το καλαίσθητο πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο του Αγίου Νικολάου με εκπλητική θέα την Μαρίνα σε ενα πολύ όμορφο και ήσυχο μέρος με δωρέαν parking. Η πλατεία της πολής είναι σε απόσταση δύο λεπτών με τα ποδία ενώ η λίμνη και τα εστιατόρια βρίσκονται σε απόσταση πεντακοσίων μέτρων. Η παραλία της Άμμου είναι σε απόσταση πέντε λεπτών με τα πόδια.
