Located in the center of Mirabello Bay, about 11 km south-east of Agios Nikolaos, you find this domicile embedded in the region called "Istron", carrying its name since ancient times. Soft, sandy beaches, embraced by rocky coves, contribute to the queer charm of the coastline. The gracefully rising slopes of the surrounding hills are adorned by lavish green vegetation contrasting the grey-brown color of the mountains and the white houses of small scattered villages. Villa Castello is situated on a 1900 m² large property where Olive-, Fig-, Orange-, Mandarin-, Palm-, and Banana trees, as well as flowers thrive in terraced gardens that embrace the house; about 450 m from the Sea. Every apartment is individually decorated with original paintings and old, traditional Greek objects. Pergolas, covering all patios and balconies, provide cooling shade; every apartment is with Safe, TV, W-Lan and air conditioning unit. The terraces and stone pathways are adorned by flowerbeds, decorative shrubbery and bushes. Here, in harmony with nature, you can escape the hustle of the nowadays so hectic world to find your own little piece of fortune and get lost in your dreams submerged in the changing play of light and shadow, water and azure blue sky - everything is possible on this island. The garden includes a stone built oven, nestled between the trees, next to a marble table and stone benches. In Istron (ca. 300 m from the house) you find shopping and nice taverns serving Greek specialties. Because of its location a good starting point to visit Minoan palaces, remote monasteries, Byzantine churches, caves, grottos and many enchanting natural sights. Villa Castello 2 for 4-5 Persons Situated on the ground floor with 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds the other one with double bed), with night stands, wardrobe, mirror with shelf and stool. Living room with table, chairs, sofa (sleeping for the 5th person) and access to the spacious terrace with table and chairs. The kitchen, separated from the living room by a half wall, includes upper- and lower cupboards, sink, refrigerator, coffee maker and electric stove with plates, as well as enough dishes and silverware. Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. A second patio on the back side of the apartment is adorned by colorful flowers.

Our renovated house is the ideal place to enjoy Cretan hospitality. It is located 20 steps away from the peaceful beach of Agios Panteleimonas. Two short paths on either side of the house lead to nearby beaches. On the right side you can find the famous Vulisma beach with its crystal clear waters and golden sand and on the left a chill beach for relaxation and meditation. You can reach supermarkets, tavernas, cafes, or pool-bars within 5 minutes by foot. Agios Nikolaos is 10 minutes away by car.

You can have easy access to the beach Voulisma for swimming or go on hiking the hill. Early in the morning you can enjoy the sunrize and in the evening the beautiful sunset. We suggest that you rent a car so that you can travel to all places, beaches and villages around.

Melinas House

Our beautiful family house is located 9 km west of Ierapetra and 3 km to Myrtos, at the beach side of the farm village Ammoudares, at a distance of 30 m from the beach. It's a 65 sqm house, with a spacious balcony and a lot of outdoor space with a playground for small children. There are lots of trees, mostly olive trees and pine trees by the sea side. Its a very quiet place, with the discrete neighbouring of my parents.
