Situated in a private beachfront estate this newly remodelled vacation home is immersed in nature. Surrounded by a large garden with tall trees it offers privacy in a quiet environment . Private access to the beach is only a few steps away. The house can sleep up to 4 people and is fully equipped to offer a relaxing holiday escape. The interior of the studio is 30m2, and you have exclusive use of a large outdoor covered terrace. Located 4.5kms from Naousa town, and easily accessible to a wide range of beaches and villages, it is within just 7 minutes walk to the closest beach. Wifi, parking, tea/coffee facilities, bar fridge and gas barbeque are included. Transport really is necessary.
