Solar Panels with Battery & Generator!!! Perfect view of the ocean, morning coffee on the porch, super cozy and comfortable home. Very private area, last house on the road. Situated along the "chinchorreo" route in Arecibo and Barceloneta. Lots of great restaurants and bars nearby. Walking distance to a semi-private beach, 10 minute drive to public access beaches. Only 50 minutes to San Juan airport. Renovated in 2022 this 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom resort is perfect for your next getaway.

Ocean View - Marenas Beach House

Marenas House is located in Arecibo with ocean view and minutes from the best beaches of Arecibo. Marenas counts with a private fence all around the house were you can experience comfort and have a nice family gather with picnics, BBQ, sunsets, and ocean views. From this unit, you can cross the street and experience the Atlantic sea breeze. The ocean in front of the house is not for swimming, it’s very rocking but still it just mesmerizing waking up to the sound of the waves.
