Our apartment has a modern beach design. It is an efficiency studio apartment. All the kitchen essentials, towels, hair dryer and more are included. Furnished with a King size bed and a Queen size sofa bed. Our apartment is 5 minutes from the airport, next to 5 star hotels, on the main avenue in Isla Verde. Easy short walk to the beach. It is perfect for the vacationer or the business traveler. Unit is equipped with a battery backup system that will power the entire home during power outages.

Very private balcony with a spectacular view and sounds of the waves. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels, ice chest. Reserved parking spot in our secure lot. Coin laundry in building. Walk to supermarket, bakery, bars, hotels and restaurants. 3 minutes from SJU airport. Old San Juan is 7 miles away.

Power Generator/ cistern. Private apt close to beach and airport. 7 minutes walking to the beach, 10 minutes driving from airport and Old San Juan. Private entrance, private parking inside of the property. Wifi, TV, equipped kitchen, and two working desks if you need to work remotely. The apartment is located in a residential area, a very tranquil street with little traffic noise. Tennis court in front in the premises (need to check Covid19 limitations at time of check in). Pets are welcome.
