Tranquil Lodge is a private annexe beside our home in Minster-on-Sea, overlooking open fields where rabbits and horses are often spotted. Ideal for two (flexible for three), with a king bed and single sofa bed, plus baby items on request. Just a 10-minute walk to the cliffs + beach, with country and coastal walks from the door. Fully equipped kitchen, parking, garden, EV charging, vanity/desk, Wi-Fi + TV with Apple TV (guests sign into their own apps). A calm base for exploring Minster and Kent.

Mark & Paul would love to welcome you to our rural 2 bedroom cottage, close to the North Kent coast in the grounds of 14th Century Frognal Farmhouse. The triple glazed cottage provides comfortable accommodation and is just over an hour away from SE London by car, or by train straight into Teynham station from London Victoria, (1 hr 6m). We are 10 mins walk from Teynham railway station. Faversham & Sittingbourne are 10 minutes away. We have released all availabilty through to end of December 2026

A cosy bed, a toilet, shower, clean towels and a thousand stars over you. Lay in bed turn off the lamps and start counting. A microwave is situated in the utility room on the landing outside the studio door. Very nice shower room It’s ideal as a compact living space to use when visiting relatives or just on a break in lovely Leigh on Sea. No outside space is available.

You’ll enjoy complete privacy, with no surrounding properties and a real sense of peace and tranquillity. The property is located in the middle of a working farm, with our sheep grazing the marshes and a variety of fruit grown in the orchards.
