We are located walking distance to the best hotels and restaurants in the isla verde area. We offer one assigned parking spot-and the building has private security 24/7. Across from the building we have a small shopping area with different restaurants and convince store. Has one bed for 2 adults & a convinient air matres Full size for a child if needed.

Beautiful & Cozy Studio 1/1 w Direct access Beach.

The Coral Beach in Isla Verde has direct access to the beach, pool, basketball court, tennis courts, a playground for children. The tourist area is full of restaurants, bars, services and intense day and night life. The Studio has a bedroom with a queen bed and a sofa bed in the living room. 24/7 Security. Newly remodeled Modern apartment. Beautiful tourist area. Beach and Casinos walking distance. Airport is 5 minutes by car. Supermarket 5 minutes walking. This condo has an excellent swimming pool with a BBQ pit, and free parking on site with supplied permit. Many restaurants and fast food within 5 minutes walk (Denny's, Chili's, Church's Chicken, Burger King, Wendy's, Pizza Hut, Marcos Pizza) host supplies guidebook. Uber available in this area! CVS and Walgreens near.

Blanco is our gorgeous and modern one bedroom condo fully decorated all white. Located in the heart of Isla Verde right by the beach. The apartment is very unique due to how it is decorated. You will feel in a very cozy & modern space. Wether you are here for pleasure or business Blanc will be the perfect place. You will enjoy the city views and partial view of the ocean while you relax in the spacious balcony. The beach is our backyard just steps away from the elevator.

Serenity by the Beach

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Enjoy the full Puerto Rican experience. Everything at walking distance, beach, great variety of restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries. Five minutes drive from the International Airport and 15 minutes from the historical Old San Juan. Easy access to the expressway so you can explore the rest of this wonderful island. Extras: 24 hours security, power plant in the building and battery back up for the apartment.
