The Apt. is fully remodeled and equipped with all you will need to have a pleasant stay.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Enjoy the full Puerto Rican experience. Everything at walking distance, beach, great variety of restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries. Five minutes drive from the International Airport and 15 minutes from the historical Old San Juan. Easy access to the expressway so you can explore the rest of this wonderful island. Excellent apartment in a spectacular area of Isla Verde Beach, located on the beach with direct access to it. The apartment has one bedroom suite with King Size bed, second bedroom with two Queen Size beds. There are two full bathroom. Toilette of reception. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso, toaster, oven, microwave, etc. It has a breakfast bar. Super comfortable and spacious modern living room. Incredible view of the SEA, balcony with table and chairs.

Beach front with beach views from every window.

Beautiful, quiet beachfront apartment located in the middle of Isla Verde Beach with ocean views from every window. Just step outside and jump in the beach (depending on the tide) or walk either east or west and you will find beach-lounge and umbrella rentals, surfing schools, several hotels, food kiosks, banana boat and jet ski rentals and lots of fun. Free parking, fully equipped kitchen, 55" TV, high-speed internet (250mega) and many board games. Paradise!
