Furnished with a King size bed and a Queen size sofa bed. Our apartment is 5 minutes from the airport, next to 5 star hotels, on the main avenue in Isla Verde. Easy short walk to the beach. It is perfect for the vacationer or the business traveler. Unit is equipped with a battery backup system that will power the entire home during power outages.

Recently remodeled beach-front apartment in Isla Verde located between The Ritz Carlton & El San Juan hotels. Direct access gate to beach & steps away to other Isla Verde beach. Beach sanctuary. Very private balcony with a spectacular view and sounds of the waves. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels, ice chest. Reserved parking spot in our secure lot. Coin laundry in building. Walk to supermarket, bakery, bars, hotels and restaurants. 3 minutes from SJU airport. Old San Juan is 7 miles away.

Relax in this boho unit. 5 min driving to the airport, close enough for a quick transfer but located in a dead end, tranquil street; 5 min walking to the beach; 10 min driving to Old San Juan. Enough parking in front of properties. Near recreational park, tennis and basketball court. Full bed, TV, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, single stove top, and Wi-Fi. Good Vibes Studio ISLA VERDE
