We would love to welcome you when you arrive and answer any questions you may have. From there, we will give you your privacy. We are located on a private paved road, off the main road in a very quiet neighborhood. Must be able to walk up 18 steps to entrance. Once inside you can relax, unwind and sit out on the patio. An entry way with open space , a spacious living room opens into an island kitchen and dining area will seat 6 people. 3 bedrooms with 2 trundle beds for guests and a Jacuzzi bathtub Two comfortable couches for extra guest sleeping space. Located in the center of the valley near every activity (Shirley Meadow skiing, Lake Isabella, Kern River, Sequoia National Forest), Note: Resort Fee is Temp Occupancy Tax imposed by Kern County, not my choice.

Newly remodeled House in the heart of Kernville! This Home is perfect for entertaining comes with Mini Split AC/Heat units, Wifi, Netflix, lawn games and Ample parking. The area has so much to offer. Lake just down the road, river 1/2 mile away and mountains are great any time of year. Walking distance to downtown Kernville. Kern River Brewing 1 mile away. Moonpine Kernville is a stunning, clean, luxurious, retreat in the southern Sierra Nevada’s. Less than 1 mile to town. Beautiful mountain and valley views throughout the house and yard. Massive master bedroom, with vaulted ceilings, and large windows, with a private workspace. New central ac and heat! Fully stocked large kitchen. Fast Wifi 300mbps! The yard has a beautiful green landscape and is a great place to relax and enjoy the NEW gazebo on the couches and take in the amazing views!

Secluded Oasis with Hot tub n firplace on 40 acres

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil get away. 50 acres of private land and adventure. Great for horses, hiking, or exploring the local gold mines. Kern River and Lake Isabella 15 to 30 minutes away for all the water fun you could want. Nothing beats morning coffee on the patio overlooking the lake and city below, and evening star gazing or deer watching can end each day with a rare treat. Horses and pigs will love treats and you can pre arrange a ride for only $40 extra.

Spectacular View!/ Hot tub/ National forest.

Unique cabin. artistically designed. incredibly isolated. national park all in front of you. Spring time brings Manny wildflowers. This property is a nature photographers paradise. Hot tub, level two car charger, indoor dry sauna. lovers paradise as well half mile private trail across property. No dogs.not recommended for small children, very steep landscape.
