The location is within walking distance to the Vons grocery store, Starbucks, Boba Shop, and Downtown Myrtle which boasts some of the best cafes, eateries, and bars around. Close to the Walmart and Target stores, also small shopping centers, restaurants, City of Hope, Santa Anita Mall, Monrovia Down Town and Metro golden Line (1.6 mil).
