The Orange Peel is a cozy restored two bedroom historic cottage from 1919, on the property of a 120 year old Victorian house. This detached 2 bed- 1 bath guesthouse has vintage charm in the heart of Old Town Orange. It is very comfortable for four people, with one queen bed and two twin beds, with the option of two more guests on the couch (extra charge). The private and quiet space is walking distance to Chapman University and the excellent restaurants and shops in the historic Orange Circle.

This cottage is located in the heart of Dana Point, a beautiful and uncongested beach community! A 5 minute walk finds you at the nearby town center and new downtown area where you can find restaurants, nightclubs and shopping. Down the street is Dana Point Harbor/marina and the famous Doheny Beach surfing and park or get-away to Catalina Island or whale watching! The Cottage is a great pet friendly with enclosed front and rear yards, a great alternative to the over priced resorts.

Walk to the Beach from Craftsman Cottage

Outstanding location near the entrance to the Peninsula with a view of the lovely canal. Easy access to Pacific Coast Hwy and the 55 Fwy, yet you are only 2 blocks from the ocean and a 7-10 min walk to 32nd St. Beach. Lido Marina Village, a beautiful waterfront shopping/dining area is a 5 minute walk away. Newport Pier, where you’ll find great surfing, beaches, shops & restaurants is a 15 minute walk away. It is a quiet, residential neighborhood, so party people should look elsewhere.

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.

Franklin Hills is a family-oriented neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles, but close to the hiking, shops, and food in Silver Lake, Los Feliz, Griffith Park, and downtown LA. Peace and serenity in the city.

The perfect home for entertaining, or just relaxing. You will enjoy a five minute walk to the beach or a leisurely bike ride. Corona Del Mar sits between Newport Beach and Laguna Beach. We have a perfect beach with volleyball courts and many great restaurants, including great shopping at Fashion Island. Everything that is needed is within walking distance.
