The house is a marvel of a day gone by of hand-built workmanship & beauty but with modern conveniences. The home was built in the early 1960's. Trees were cut off the land and hand-milled into lumber and dried for 3 years. You will marvel at the beauty, workmanship & quality along with the hand-made furniture. There’s a sauna to enjoy and if it’s raining we have a ping pong table in the basement. Walmart is a straight shot up the road for shopping. The beautiful Black River Parkway is located 20 minutes away where there are hiking trails to 5 different falls, Copper Peak ski jump and Lake Superior beach.
