Cozy in Colquitt is the perfect oasis for you to come to browse the unique shops of small-town America, visit family, walk the square, enjoy our local play Swamp Gravy, peruse the murals, and meet gracious Southern people. Built in the 1950s, it was recently restored to bring a unique style that is comfortable yet beautiful for you to enjoy. Sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms (each with private bath), half bath, laundry, sunroom, large open kitchen, plenty of parking. Master (king); guest rooms (queens).

It is also universal for work crews who like to play pool or darts after work. Need ice? Don’t worry you will have your own commercial ice machine to fill those coolers! The perfect getaway for a couples retreat as well, with all the amenities of home including a full kitchen and a cozy little porch to relax out on while you grill your favorite food.

Just 3 minutes to many boat landings out to Lake Seminole! Ample parking for multiple cars and trucks with trailers. The nearby riverfront town of Bainbridge (20 min) has a lovely town square with a vibrant restaurant, shopping and art scene. NOTE: FISHING from Serenity Cove is from the DOCK ONLY.
