The Music Room - a luxurious, rural retreat

Stunning, newly renovated property surrounded by the historic Fawsley Estate. Fawsley Hall hotel is a short walk away. Crockwell Farm is 7 miles and Silverstone Circuit is just a 30 minute drive. The Music Room is a unique detached stone cottage next to our family home that combines quirky character with luxurious contemporary living. The Cottage

‘The Cottage’ in Irchester is a tiny getaway for a couple. It consists of a bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, tv, Roku, freeview box, small dining area with crockery and cutlery should you wish to have a take-away, tea/coffee making facilities and a mini fridge. There is a shower room with a walk-in shower. Outside you will find a courtyard with a seating/dining area under a large gazebo. This will be for your private use. There is private parking on a gated gravel drive.

Badgers Croft - Sharnbrook A unique country escape

Badgers Croft is a pretty stone built cottage set apart from the main house. It comes complete with off road parking, its own seated gravelled area and private fern garden. The self contained cottage comprises of a bathroom, kitchen and lounge area to seat four people comfortably and a log burning stove to keep you cosy at night. A bedroom with double bed and also a mezzanine area that can sleep a further two people who can sleep looking out at the stars above through the roof light.

Spacious, characterful and cosy barn conversion next door to our cottage in a lovely rural north Bedfordshire village. A large comfortable living room with log burner and a kitchen stocked with all the food essentials for breakfast including home made bread. The bedroom is spacious and there's a luxury shower room. Private access is via a side gate and separate private entrance. Lovely village pubs and a shop are a short stroll away and lots of other great places to eat are nearby

The surrounding countryside offers lovely walks, woodland trails, and cycling routes right from the doorstep, and four-legged friends are very welcome. Ideal for unwinding in nature.

The Pod is a charming self contained 1 bedroom annexe set in the beautiful grounds of Greys Manor in the picturesque village of Podington, on the Bedfordshire/Northamptonshire border. Comprising of a fully equiped kitchen, dining table, sitting room area with 2 large sofas, coffee table and TV with full access to Sky and Netflix There is a large first floor bedroom with a King size bed. A modern shower room with toilet and wash basin is located on the ground floor.
