Waterfowl include Pelicans, cranes, great blue heron and many more are seen through the year. This smoke free home offers a king, queen, and full bed. You can BBQ or just relax on the patio. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space.

Our Glamping units All have full bathrooms and kitchens with king size bed, T.V. and wifi, Heating & Air, private porches, to enjoy West Texas sunsets, sunrises, and wild life, this is the perfect place for the business retreats or family reunions, as we have 5 units on the property all equipped the same, nice walk down to the river, for a summer dip, or quality fishing, bring a tent and the kids can camp out front, RV hook up upon request .

Corporate or individual company housing, weekly, monthly rental rates. Cabins have wifi/cable TV, kitchens, dining table, and are cleaned on request. All have 2 refrigerators, stove, micro, dishes, linens, towels and utensils. Pots/pans only on request or bring your own. Parking for 2 trucks, and all have 2 full size beds and are VERY comfortable! The clubhouse has coin laundry, fitness and pool tables along with a conference area. There are vending machines as well. Sorry, no pets allowed.

This cottage has all the comforts of home including a new dishwasher, electric stove, garage, washer/dryer, a backyard grill, a storm cellar, and is located in an older, quiet neighborhood.

Lake Champion Lodge

Lake Champion Lodge is a perfect place for family reunions, birthday parties, holidays, fishing clubs, hunters or just a west Texas weekend getaway. Also has 1 full RV hookup. Lake Champion is only a fishing lake. (no water sports allowed) NO more than 20 people allowed. NO large parties or Weddings! No outside music after 12:00am. NO DJs.
