Drive into the attached garage and go upstairs where you will find your very private entrance to a quiet, peaceful, and restful living. Located 1 mile from the downtown area on a street loaded with large Oak and Walnut trees. A huge back yard in which to stroll or barbecue. It is the top half of my house complete with it's own kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. My residence is the bottom half of the house. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby. The Milk House is a unique space located in the countryside, between Iowa City and Kalona. This 700 square foot home has ample parking and room for four adults. Bella's Suite at Stars Hollow

Bella's Suite is the private, lower level of our home, with a separate entrance. The beautifully decorated space includes living & dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bath, bedroom & a massage room. Our farm is nestled beside 140 acres of beautifully groomed public trails. Feed the cows, read a book on the beach, take a hike, fish for bluegills in our lake, race a pig, skip rocks or canoe in the creek, have a bonfire (S'mores provided) & stargaze from the relaxing hot tub!

This newly remodeled home is the perfect relaxing getaway from the busy day-to-day life. Perfectly located on Rock Creeks no-wake lake, you'll find yourself only minutes away from Grinnell, Pella, Newton, Marshalltown, and Sully. Known for its fishing, you can also find a beautiful beach for swimming or a picnic on the west shore. Enjoy the trails and start on your 13-mile hike, bike or snowmobile around the lake or rent a boat from the Marina.
