Countryside Stone Cottage in Kea

Our house located at Fotimari, 15 minutes from the port (5.5km –last 1.5 km smooth dirt road), within our 13000 m2 plot, overlooking green hills full of oak and olive trees, beautiful marked walking ancient trails and the fantastic view of Chora village (Ioulis). This characteristic Cycladic newly build stone house, tastefully decorated provides you with an authentic quiet atmosphere of days long forgotten. This unique stone cottage is the perfect place as a base to explore plenty sandy beaches and the mainland of Kea Island enjoying traditional way of living. Includes a bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed for two and fireplace, bathroom, small fully equipped kitchen and private veranda. Are you seeking heaven? You will find it at the very end of the picturesque beach of Otzias, 5km from the port of Kea. A unique bungalow, in an incredible location, right by the sea, only 33steps from your very own beach-rock! The access to the sea couldn't be any easier, you could actually fish from the porch. This private mini beach seems like a dream, as it is a luxury rarely found at budget prices, but it is all very real. The studio is completely private &autonomous offering gripping views.

Villa Luna, has been completely renovated and is located on the hill overlooking Korissia, the Port of Kea. From the villa one has a panoramic sea and sunset view, so just sit back on one of the comfortable chairs with a glass of wine and enjoy the amazing view. Villa Luna has been stylishly decorated and has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a guest w.c. There is a swimming pool, outdoor dining for 12 people, a BBQ and an amazing sea and sunset view. Only a 3 minute drive to restaurants, bars, etc

The “Sti Messada” house is built according to the traditional architecture and the respect for the environment. The local stone and the carved rocks on the walls, the intense presence of the wood and the natural ventilation offer ideal temperature all over the year. The view from the different places of the outdoor area is idyllic and rewardable for the visitor. The route for the house is across the picturesque alleys, as it is located in the center of Chora which remains untouched by cars.

My place, called "Ellinika", is a traditional residence with stunning views of the Aegean Sea. Old Wine press set amidst oaks and vineyards

Set amidst in oak trees, vineyards, sea views, and an old chapel this restored wine press appeals to lovers of nature and dogs. The owner of the property who is himself a vine grower lives in a larger house on the grounds and is able and willing to provide 'insider's information' on the island. the village of Ioulis is 20 minutes on foot. A car is recommended. PLEASE NOTE: There are two friendly dogs in the property

Cozy traditional house with beautiful sea view

The house is located only 2km from the port of Kea. It combines calmness with socialization. The view from the house promises you the most beautiful sunset every day. It is perfect for families but also for couples or a group of friends.
