Ideally located at just 600 meters away from the centre of Chora, the Capital of Ios, it is perfect for your stay at the island. Kolitsani beach is also really close to the house, just a 10-minute walk via pathway. (Total area of villa : 189m2) The traditional aesthetic and thoughtful design of the villa, along with all the modern amenities offered will guarantee a pleasant and confy experience for families and couples.

The villa has 3 bedrooms and can host 6-7 guests. It has a big living room, kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. It has its own linen. It has a private sea view patio with barbecue. The house shares a pool with another habitation. N.B. To get to the house it is needed to do some steps (around 60)
