Thalassa is a three-story villa, with unlimited view of the Aegean Sea. Ideally located at just 600 meters away from the centre of Chora, the Capital of Ios, it is perfect for your stay at the island. Kolitsani beach is also really close to the house, just a 10-minute walk via pathway. (Total area of villa : 189m2) The traditional aesthetic and thoughtful design of the villa, along with all the modern amenities offered will guarantee a pleasant and confy experience for families and couples.

Χαλαρώστε με όλη την οικογένεια σας ή την παρέα σας σε αυτόν τον ήσυχο χώρο διαμονής με ιδιωτικό κήπο και θέα τη θάλασσα. Το παραδοσιακό με το μοντέρνο είναι ένας συνδυασμός που μπορεί να απογειώσει τις διακοπές σας αφού το παραδοσιακό σπίτι των παππούδων μας μετατράπηκε σε μια ξεχωριστή βίλα για την απόλυτη νησιωτική εμπειρία. Η παραλία του Μυλοπότα, μία από τις δημοφιλέστερες του νησιού βρίσκεται μόλις λίγα μέτρα μακρυά και περίπου 2' με όχημα και η Χώρα του νησιού μόλις 8' με όχημα.

Nikyrw Villas with amazing sea view!!!

Ανεξάρτητη κατοικία δύο ορόφων ,στην οποία δεσπόζει η κατασκευή πέτρας. Τρία υπνοδωμάτια με κτιστά κρεβάτια ,δύο μπάνια ,εξωτερικό ντους ,κουζίνα ,αποθήκη. Τηλεόραση παντού ,air condition, ψυγείο ,ηλεκτρική κουζίνα με φούρνο, καφετιέρα και όλη την οικοσκευή. Άνετο σαλόνι με γωνιακό καναπέ που μπορεί να κοιμίσει τουλάχιστον 2 άτομα. Σε ανεξάρτητο διαμέρισμα πίσω από την βασική κατοικία με απεριόριστη θέα στην θάλασσα , μπορούν να φιλοξενηθούν 4 άτομα.
