The Wee Cottage by the Ferry

Our fully refurbished Wee Cottage offers incredible views over the River Clyde. Only 30 minutes from Glasgow and seconds from the ferry to Dunoon & Argyll highlands, you can spot seals & porpoises while you watch the sun set. There's a double bedroom upstairs and comfortable double sofa bed in the living room, fully equipped kitchen, free private parking, and we include a wee breakfast as well. Frostpocket - Charming Coastal Country Cottage

Frost-Pocket is a beautifully restored former gamekeeper's cottage on the Ardgowan Estate, minutes away from the shores of the Clyde with its serene coastal walks and spectacular views across to Argyll. The cottage has two bedrooms; a double and a twin; a good sized bathroom; well-equipped kitchen, and a boot room with a washing machine & tumble dryer, and enclosed garden. The open plan sitting/dining room offers a cosy place to relax, with woodburning stove, high-speed wifi, and smart TV.

Our cottage is perfect for families, couples or friends who want a peaceful base to explore glorious Argyll. This is a truly magical place, with incredible sea views, and a large garden that leads straight on to the shore. It's also a great base for exploring the Isle of Bute, the "Secret Argyll Coast", and the Arrochar Alps. After a big day out, you can come back and relax in front of the log burner. Leac Na Sith means "Hearthstone of Tranquility"... it could not be a more appropriate name.

CAT AIRBNB nr beach and train station to Glasgow

When our daughter left her flat around the back of our house, her two little cats were so upset. She couldn’t take them with her because she lives in a busy part of Edinburgh . We thought that renting her flat out would give them the company they love. They are friendly cats that will love having you to stay. They have a cat flap (no litter trays) and they come and go as they please. We now have 3x cats. The flat has a bedroom (double bed), kitchen lounge and bathroom. Beach at the front
