Innsbruck ist nur 20 Minuten entfernt und in 30 Minuten bist du am Brenner. Das abgeschlossene 2-4 Personen Appartement befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines idyllisch gelegenen & geschmackvoll eingerichteten Einfamilienhauses in der Tiroler Gemeinde Zirl. Das hochwertig konzipierte Architektenhaus wurde vor 14 Jahren errichtet und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Bereich für die Gäste. Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

Sie verfügt über hellen Wohn-Essbereich mit moderner komplett ausgestatteter Küche, zwei Doppelschlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, Bodenheizung, gratis Wi-Fi und eine sehr große private Terrasse. Von dort aus können Sie die atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Berge und das Inntal, sowohl im Sommer als auch im Winter genießen.

Haus Anemos - Stilvolles Ferienhaus mit Bergblick

Das schöne 1960er Jahre Haus steht in Igls, einem gemütlichen Stadtteil von Innsbruck. Es bietet einen einzigartigem Blick in alle Himmelsrichtungen. Das Haus bietet Platz für eine große Familie (gerne auch mit Hund), hat einen offenen Kamin, 3 Terrassen, 2 Balkone und einen großzügigem Garten. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und barrierefrei, sogar mit Treppenlift. In 15 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto oder Bus in der Innsbrucker Innenstadt und in wenigen Minuten im Skigebiet Patscherkofel.

The flat is located in a the historic part of Innsbruck - St Nikolaus. We have good public transport connections and free parking on our property. The flat is on the first floor with a generous balcony with a beautiful view. We offer a large bedroom with a double bed, TV and a single bed. In the living room we have dining table, TV and a sleeping couch. In the second bedroom with have a second double bed. The bathroom has a shower and bath tub. Also we have a fast internet 150/50Mbps.

Bright large studio in a quiet neighbourhood and central location. Within 10min walking distance you'll find groceries stores, train station, restaurants and city center. The apartment is perfect for a max. 6 person group. The fully equipped kitchen, living and working space as well as the wonderful terrace make it an excellent choice for longer stays. The apartment is located in a stylish villa above the city in Innsbruck's recreational area. Just a 3-minute walk to the Nordkette cable car into the city center or to the Nordkette ski and snowboard area and the Nordkette Singletrail (one of the most challenging trails in Europe). Also just a 3-minute walk to the bus to the city center and the Patscherkofel ski area. It's an ideal starting point for hiking, skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, and exploring the city.

Explore Innsbruck from it's historic center, everything is close by, the Golden Roof, shopping at Maria Theresien-Strasse, the Imperial Palace... Have the best cake at the traditional Café Munding that is just across the street. In Winter the beautiful Kiebachgasse turns into a Fairytale Museum where you can meet all your favourite Grimm characters.
