This huge, family-friendly, two bedroom apartment boasts sea views and is only 100m away from the beach. This apartment is SUPER child friendly; Duplo, toys, books, jigsaws, DVDs and a Smart TV will all be available for their use. Highchair and travel can be booked prior to arrival. Bedroom 1: one double bed and space for one baby travel cot. Bedroom 2: twin single beds (A travel cot can be put up in either room if you are travelling with a baby. ) Kitchen with breakfast bar, gas hob, electic oven, dishwasher, microwave, huge fridge/freezer, Delonghi Coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all cooking equipment. Lounge/Diner with TV and DVD player. Family Bathroom: Dual power shower, bath with shower head. Heated towel rail. WC (with additional toddler-seat if needed) and wash-hand basin. Free High-Speed Wifi, DVDs, Netflix and Smart TV available. Location: You'll never need to get in your car!!! We are situated above SSL shop ( our children's clothing store (Simply So Lovely) which is mainly operated online- opening hours are 8:45am-11:45am 5 days per week), next door to the Southend Car Park, Hunstanton; Stay SSL is opposite Oasis fitness centre (soft play, rollerskate park, gym, swimming pool with slides, squash courts and fitness classes.) Enjoy our lodge located in stunning Skegness. The lodge provides unsurpassed guest facilities, with attention to detail throughout. If you love the great outdoors but also crave luxurious comfort, this lodge is your perfect destination. As a self-catering lodge, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. The lodge is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. This lodge has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and the 3rd bedroom another double bed. There are 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom is en suite with toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a toilet and sink with over bath shower system. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are allowed at the property up 2 dogs. Park passes are extra to use the site facilities (Off Peak 7 days 21.00pp less than 7 days 18.90pp) ( Peak 7days 29.95pp less then 7 days 26.96pp) !! Privately owned Lakeside Lodge with fantastic views across Water Ski Lake. All self-catering needs met, and lining and towels were provided. Sun all day long on decking. Up to 2 dogs (only pets) are allowed. According to park rules, lead guests must be 21 years of age or older.
