Queen bed, wall-mounted smart TV, reverse cycle air-con and small BBQ on the deck. Laundry facilities available if you need. Minimum 2-night stay and 10% discount for 7 nights or more. Studio apartment with a great view of Brisbane City. There is a stove, crockery and cutlery. There is access to a gym with treadmill, cross trainer, weights, rower and a bike. Only 2 minutes from the train station (5 stations to the CBD) and bus stop. Very close to local restaurants, a small supermarket, and many cafes. Major supermarkets are one suburb away in either direction (both accessible by train). UQ is 10 minutes away. If you play golf I can arrange a round at Indooroopilly Golf Club.

Graceville is a leafy suburb on the Brisbane River, 10kms from the CBD. There are over 20 cafes and restaurants within a 1.5km radius and many local parks and walking tracks. There is a bus stop right at the front door and it is a 1km flat walk to the Graceville train station. Off street parking is available. Guests must like dogs as I have a German Shepard who likes to interact with guests. Due to shared areas (laundry; covered deck and pool) my place is not suitable for quarantine.

Our suburb is ideal for hiking and bike rides and is 5 km from the CBD. Buses are available close by.

It's close to Bundaleer Rainforest Gardens and Boulevard wedding venues and within Uber eats radius. Set on a quiet cul-de-sac with on-street parking.
