The Hen House

The wonderfully remodeled home based on 55 acres overlooking mature trees and a large pond. The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. Laundry is available to use as well. Kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking enjoyment and a gas grill is offered as well to use. This house is perfect for families, small groups, or business trips. Situated just 20 minutes from Des Moines airport, and 25 minutes from downtown Des Moines, you will be able to experience the quiet and beautiful scenery to enjoy.

Tranquil Cabin Retreat Near Des Moines

Welcome to Timberlandia! Just south of the Metro, at the border of Madison & Warren counties in the Middle River Valley, the cabin is on 2 acres of shaded lawns with plenty of exploring options on 18 acres of wooded paths & walking trails. Timberlandia is a secluded tranquil getaway, but only 15 minutes from the Airport, 20 minutes from West Des Moines Jordan Creek, and 25 minutes from downtown. Our cabin is great for romantic getaways, family gatherings, festivals, retreats & wedding stays.

Charming Bungalow in a Great Location!

This 1910 PET FRIENDLY bungalow is full of charm and unique art. Just a couple of blocks to the town square for restaurants and shopping. In the summer you will enjoy the quaint front porch and backyard patio full of colorful flowers nice for outdoor dining. The fenced backyard is perfect for bringing your dog. A Small dog 20 pounds and under require a one time $60 pet fee. Larger is up for discussion. Parties and gatherings are not allowed without permission and $100 fee. Please be honest!

A walk out lower level apartment in a family friendly neighborhood, with a fully fenced in yard and beautiful flowers and foliage to enjoy. Located 1 block from the National Balloon Museum, 6 blocks from Simpson College and close to Golf course, Bike trails , Walmart and Hy Vee. This space features private entry, a comfortable king bed/large bedroom and an extra single bed plus a 2nd single mattress option available on request. Enjoy a full size Fridge, Dishwasher and Washer / Dryer.

Squareview Stays - Modern Apartment on The Square

Located in the heart of Indianola, this historic and professionally designed apartment offers an unparalleled experience for travelers seeking the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and local flair. Enjoy everything the Square and Indianola have to offer. Coffee shops, restaurants and the cutest boutiques. Just blocks from Simpson College and a short drive to the balloon fields or fair grounds. The unit is on the second floor of the building. The only access is from the stairs.

(Lustron homes are prefabricated enameled steel homes built post WWII and ended production in 1950. Very few are still in existence that are in near original condition, like this home.)
