Enjoy the quiet patio and private backyard under a shade tree. All kitchen necessities are available to make your stay worry free. (Lustron homes are prefabricated enameled steel homes built post WWII and ended production in 1950. Very few are still in existence that are in near original condition, like this home.)

Cute and cozy side of duplex in a great location!

Super cute one side of a duplex that was recently redone. Clean and stylish with an unbeatable location! Only a block to our town square with lots of dining options and a block to Simpson College. There’s a great brewery around the corner that has food trucks regularly. I do allow one small dog (30 lbs and under) for a small one time fee of $20. But please let me know ahead of time.
