The Lone East

The Lone East welcomes its visitors to its unobstructed views of the open ranch, the vast wonder of the Inyo's and the mountainous Eastern Sierras. As cattle graze and their young play in the distance we are transported into the wonder of the High desert and its pristine wilderness backdrop. Early morning sunrises from the East, and the magical twilight evenings from the West take you on a unique journey that only something greater could have imagined. It is here. And it is here for us to enjoy.

"TINY" HOME w/ expansive views of the Sierras

THINK TINY, THINK ADVENTURE Modern TINY (16') Home on Wheels was inspired and built with a desire for minimalism, clean lines and efficiency of space. It has all the modern amenities you need in the midst of Nature. Space is sufficient but limited. Tiny is located inside "Lone Pine Mobile Oasis" RV PARK, on the west side of HWY 395, and Lubken Canyon. There is Hwy noise and there are neighbors. Semi's do drive the Hwy during the night. The Wagon Wheel

Only 1 hr. 47 minutes from Mammoth Mountain. Nestled in the quiet neighborhood "The Alabama Hills " this simple ranch style house is a gem in the ruff. On the East the Inyo's, and on the West the Sierras, the views are spectacular! The bedrooms and living space are comfortably decorated with a flair of the west. The full kitchen will not disappoint. Be prepared for a great stay. A short Drive of 18 minutes will get you to Whitney Portals the trail head to Mt. Whitney and the biggest pancake.

Big Pine Cottage Hideaway

Big Pine Cottage Hideaway! Our guest house has a fenced yard with a seasonal creek running through it. It has a parking area that can accommodate 2 vehicles. It is close walking distance to the downtown area. Big Pine is a small town, so morning and evening walks are a must. The base of the Eastern Sierra’s has many great places to explore. Small pets (30lbs) are allowed for a fee of $30 and is payable at check in. Pets are not to be left alone. WiFi is available, but can be spotty at times.

Recently upgraded modem/router bring you Lone Pine's best available WiFi service. The house, situated on a 6+ acre parcel of rock spires, huge boulders and stunning views, is a magical place of respite from civilization, yet only ten minutes to town. The house offers sprawling decks, Wolf range, gas BBQ and gas fire pit.

You're just 4 minutes to town and 10 minutes to Sequoia National Park. Unwind in the hot tub, sauna, or by the fire-pit, and enjoy bocce or horseshoes with friends while grilling with a view. With big windows and a cozy vibe, this spot feels like home while offering the escape you’re looking for. We’d love to host you!
