Apple Tree Cottage is an airy, yet cosy 1 bed studio cottage. Great base for exploring Cotswolds. Many local hiking opportunities. Great views from upstairs, lovely private patio with garden/valley views. Free off-street parking. Upstairs, beamed living/bedroom with comfy bed, Smart TV& WiFi. Downstairs, well equipped kitchen-diner, shower room/toilet. 10-15min walk to Nailsworth centre with many eateries. Unfortunately unsuitable for those with mobility issues due to stairs/low pitched ceiling.

Amberley Coach House, nr Stroud

Cosy self-contained room with comfy kingsize bed, double sofabed and en-suite shower on the upper floor of a separate building across the garden from the house. Beautiful Cotswolds village setting high on a hill between the towns of Nailsworth (2 miles) and Stroud (3 miles). Wifi. No kitchen facilities but there's a kettle and big coolbox. Moments from gorgeous National Trust common land. Three pubs, a hotel and a shop/café in the church within 5-20 minutes' walk. Step-free access via garden.

It is the perfect place for long country walks in the cotswold country side and romantic getaways visiting the christmas markets. Our place is dog friendly and we offer travel cots, high chairs at request and lots of games for kids.

Enjoy our lovely ground floor studio-style room with plenty of space & a little private patio. Kitchenette, shower room with large, powerful shower, comfy bed, Wi-Fi & quirky vintage decor. Easy access via private entrance & parking. We provide a breakfast pack - milk, bread, juice, butter, jam, tea & ground coffee in the 1940’s cabinet stocked with kettle, microwave, fridge & toaster. Great for exploring the area by foot, cycle or car. Lots of local info from friendly hosts if needed.

Frogmarsh Annexe

A very modern and comfortable annexe, set in the historic village of Woodchester, just outside the capital of the Cotswolds. Frogmarsh Annexe is a self contained annexe which has a generous size bedroom with double bed with storage, a hanging rail. A lounge area with small sofa and wall mounted tv, Kitchenette with fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, air fryer, Tea, coffee,sugar, butter, jams and milk. Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Off road parking. Own access to annexe.

Unique Ensuite Bedroom Annexe With Views

Little Teasel is a former 17th Century animal shelter lovingly rebuilt to provide a detached ensuite bedroom annexe full of Cotswold charm. It has fabulous far reaching views. The outside space is the 96 acres of common land on which the property stands. Accessed via a stone track with parking outside the property. Good accessibility as just one door step. Cosy underfloor heating throughout. There is a king size bed and ensuite shower. Perfect for a relaxing short stay in the Cotswolds!

Greencourt Loft, Cotswold Way, Middleyard, Stroud

Greencourt Loft is a self contained, comfortable and luxurious coach house room situated in the beautiful and quiet village of Middleyard, on the edge of the Cotswold Escarpment in-between Stroud and Stonehouse. Just a few miles from J13 of the M5, we are in an area of outstanding natural beauty with access to open common land and ancient woodland, where mountains bikers, runners walkers and horse riders can all enjoy outdoor activities. The famous Cotswold Way runs close to the property.

Cosy Cotswold cottage - The Old Wash House

The Old Wash House is a cosy one-bedroom cottage in Nailsworth. Located a 10-minute walk from the town centre, it has lovely valley views and is a great base for exploring the Cotswolds. There are many walking opportunities locally and Nailsworth offers several fantastic restaurants. The cottage includes a fully-equipped bathroom and kitchen, a comfortable living area with smart TV, and a cosy double bedroom. It also benefits from a private patio and free off-street parking for one car.

Modern Hayloft in Cotswolds

The hayloft is very old but we have converted it into a 2 bed suite (one double bed & one big round bed on the mezzanine) with a 'shed bathroom' and a large lounge. It is on top of part of our own house (above the kitchen) but has a separate private entrance and a door onto the garden. There is no kitchen facility - think hotel rooms rather than self catering! It is right in the heart of the village a couple of hundred metres from good restaurants, ancient pubs and independent shops.

Badgers Bothy is set within a woodland glade in the grounds of the 16th century Amberley Farmhouse and provides the most unique and charming country escape. Our idyllic cottage is set on the edge of Minchinhampton Common (located in an AONB) and with miles of footpaths which are perfect for those wishing to explore the Cotswolds. This beautiful cottage exudes an aura of peace and tranquillity and a haven for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of a busy life.

We hope to create a calm, friendly and accommodating environment for you to stay in our latest labour of love. Life is peaceful and quite here in our deceptively secluded spot in the hamlet of Watledge, on the Cotswold Way. We are within easy walking distance of the vibrant town of Nailsworth, as well as Amberley and Minchinhampton Common, with short drives to Cirencester, Cheltenham, Stroud, Tetbury, Bath, Badminton and Gatcombe. Come, relax and enjoy the Cotswolds.

Self Contained en-suite room 1 - private access

King size room with en-suite in the beautiful village of Amberley. Surrounded by NT land. After parking in the secure private drive, you access your accommodation through French doors via your private patio. There is no access to the main house or kitchen facilities but you have tea/coffee and many cafes and restaurants nearby. A further room, sleeping up to 3 persons is also available on Air BnB. No shared spaces. 1 hr from Diddly Squat!
